Matchstick Molly: Shameless Promotion of an Incredible Book

I couldn’t agree more. This book is simply amazing and changed my life in so many ways. I’m at my lowest weight ever and I am enjoying all the foods I love. I never diet anymore. Never in my life did I think this would be possible. I use to be a person that constantly obsessed about food. I would consistently think about all the food I wished I could eat, count calories, get depressed if I ate something I shouldn’t of, I would absouetely hate myself for not having will power. I chose celery sticks when I really wanted cookies, I would binge before a big diet and afterwards. Gaining all the weight I originally lost. This book changed all of that. I can’t thank MatchstickMolly enough for sharing such an astonishing book. It has had such an incredibly positive impact on my life and I can finally successfully say I have made peace with food.

Nothing has ever felt more refreshing.

I cannot recommend this book (and concept) highly enough. It’s the book I would write if I grew up, became a nutritionist, worked specifically with anorexic and binge-eating disordered patients for a few years, and then wrote a book.
